• almost three times lower weight than made of the same thickness steel S235

The aluminium is powder coated in high temperature in the color RAL7035.

Designed to:

• mount on pole (by using a dedicated bracket ID 2520) or to the wall (surface mounting)
• be used when constructing electric, telecommunication and fiber optic installations, in order to:
• protect devices from harmful influence of external factors (water, dust, oil ect.) and  unauthorized access of third parties and destruction by them,
• arrange the devices and provide appropriate working conditions for the devices.

Standard equipment:

• roof of the cabinet moved forward to cover the door top
• profiled one leaf door:
• protecting the seal from outside interference
• opened on right side
• locked with a one point lock with an EURO LOCK key
• profiled door leaf to press the seal
• polymer seal that has:
• high resistance to ozone, oxidation and acid
• low deformation level
• working temperature from -29 up to +66 C degrees
• two bolt hinges
• 6U high RACK profiles mounted 70mm from the front wall which can be moved 10mm further into the cabinet
• four mounting holes in the back part of the cabinet
• marked out holes in the floor of the cabinet
• 2 holes fi 23mm
• 1 hole fi 16mm

Construction of the cabinet allows to:

• open the doors 180degrees
• dismantling the doors without any tools only in the position 180 degrees
• drainage and preventing water penetration thanks to:
• roof of the cabinet moved forward to cover the door top and secured joint "roof-door" to secure from precipitation
• special profiled door leaf that presses the seal (this is especially important when the temperature is below 0C degrees)
• water and dust tightness - protection level IP 55
• protection from mechanical impact - protection level IK 10
• grounding mounted in cabinet.

ATTENTION - If there are mounted electrical devices in the cabinet, the cabinet must be grounded. For grounding use a tape or wire minimum fi 6mm2. In order to secure the grounding from self-loosening use a tooth lock washer between the fixture and nut.
