Product information:

Optical fibre adapter (centring connector) for connecting single-mode transmission patchcords terminated with LC/APC quad connectors. Passive network element for connecting optical fibres in a precisely centred air gap via an optical plug.

The LC/APC quad single-mode fibre-optic adapter as a component of a fibre-optic network combines high-precision centring of the coupled ferrules with a diameter of 1.25 mm and very low attenuation on the created connection. The connector body is made of high-strength plastic and the ferrule guide sleeve for the connectors is made of ceramic.

The adapters are used in the construction of fibre-optic networks, mainly in fibre-optic switch boxes and subscriber outlets, where they serve to connect pigtails welded to the fibre-optic cable with patchcords.

The adapter is equipped with snap-on handles and holes for M2.2 screws, which ensure convenient assembly and disassembly.
