Fiber optic vertical hooded enclosure 288J FT-GJS-D16F, 16x round ports , 1x oval port with mounting and shrink seal. IP68 protection rating.

The 288J FT-GJS-D16F vertical hooded enclosure, is equipped with fully hermetic, thermally sealed inlet/outlet ports. This type of enclosure is used to protect spliced fibre optic cables and splitter applications. The Polypropylene (PP, ABS) material of the enclosure provides a high quality material which is resistant to UV radiation, low (-40°C) and high (+60°C) temperatures, and chemicals, making it suitable for both overhead, duct and underground installations. It is designed for simple and efficient installation. The organisation of the optical fibres in the coupler is facilitated by the fibre trays that are included. All metal parts of the enclosure are made of corrosion-resistant materials.
