Tracom FTTX DAC 4+16IN Ø6mm + Patch Panel v.2 fibre optic splice box - is a box-type splice enclosure equipped with 4+16 inlet/outlet ports. This type of enclosure is used to protect spliced fibre optic cables and splitter applications. The casing is made of high quality plastic resistant to UV radiation, low (-40°C) and high (+60°C) temperatures, and chemicals making it suitable for overhead, duct and ground installations. It has an IP68 protection rating. It is designed for simple and efficient installation, while offering a well-proven fibre management system. All metal components of the splice are made of corrosion-resistant materials. The design provides space for 24 trunking adapters, which in combination with the 16 client cable outlet ports can significantly improve and shorten the installation time.
