Outdoor Aluminium Hermetic Cabinet 5U SHM-567/426/369 IP55 dedicated to mount on the mast (with an additional holder U-SHM2, which allows to mount the cabinet on a mast with fi 35-60mm )
Hermetic cabinet is made of aluminum PA11 with the following features:
- high corrosion resistance also in sea and industry environment
- high tensile strength
- high fatigue resistance
- almost three times lower weight than made of the same thickness steel S235
The aluminum is powder coated in high temperature in the color RAL7035.
Designed to:
- be mounted on pole (by using a dedicated two point bracket U-SHM) or to the wall (surface mounting)
- be used when constructing electric, telecommunication and fiber optic installations, in order to:
- protect devices from harmful influence of external factors (water, dust, oil ect.) and unauthorized access of third parties and destruction by them,
- arrange the devices and provide appropriate working conditions for the devices
Standard equipment:
- profiled one leaf door
- opened on right side to 180 degrees. Opened with a brass handle. Locked with a thee point lock.
- to be dismantled without any tools in the position 180 degrees
- protecting the seal from outside interference
- polymer seal that :
- has high resistance to ozone, oxidation and acid
- has low deformation level
- working temperature from -29 up to +66 C degrees
- two external hinges
- RACK rails 19" (height 5U) mounted 9cm from the upper wall and floor of the cabinet to the side walls. Rails can be move 1cm front-back
- 8 holes for mounting to the wall blinded with rubber seal (in the product 4439 there is mounted a two piece holder which allows to mount the cabinet to the mast)
- 1 hole fi 23mm
- 2 marked out holes
- 1 opening for cable gland PG 16
- 2 opening for cable gland PG 13,5
- dedicated two point holder U-SHM2, which allows to mount the cabinet to a mast fi 35-50mm) – product ID-4439
- water and dust tightness - protection level IP 55
- protection from mechanical impact - protection level IK 10
- drainage from the seal thanks to special profiled door leaf (this is especially important when the temperature is below 0C degrees)
- easy mounting
- easy access to devices mounted inside
- electrical continuity thanks to conductive construction parts.
