All-aluminium cabinet STZ 18U 19" v.2 dimensions 1196/625/625 for telecommunication equippment, designed for mounting on SK-1 drains or Fibertechnic aluminium plinth 600x600.

Thanks to all-aluminium construction the cabinet is rustproof and light, weighs only 27kg. Thanks to those features this is the best alternative to heavy, prone to rust steel cabinets.

Best choice in building FTTX networks. The cabinet secures the telecommunication equippment from damage.

In side the cabinet there are rack rails which can be moved back and forth 148.5mm. Steel hinges with metled screws secure from mounting them from the outside.

At the top part there is mounting space dedicated for fan pannel (2 or 4 fans). At the bottom there is removable floor with three holes (fi.28,8mm, fi. 23mm and fi. 21mm) with the possibility to mount cable glands.

Door is closed with a hermetic brass lock. Handle with a 3-point closing system, secured from entering moisture with a polymer seal.


Ingress protection rating: IP34, impact protection rating IK10.

There are holes in the roof that sticks 0.5m to the front of the cabinet, which transport the moisture outside.

2. Designed to
    • protect devices from harmful influence of external factors and unauthorized access of third parties
    • arrange devices and provide appropriate working conditions for the devices
    • organizing cables (power cords, transmission and fiber optic cables)

3. Exterior case - made of aluminium PA 11 with the following features:
    • high tensile strength,
    • high corrosion resistance also in sea and industry enviornment
    • high fatigue resistance,
    • almost three times lower weight than made of the same thickness steel S235
    • secured with powder coating in high temperature - color RAL 7035

4. Standard equipment:
    • Profiled one leaf door:
       a. right side open, 180 degree,
       b. protecting the seal
       c. equipped with a brass handle activating a 3-point locking system, closed with a cylinder lock
       d. hinges with metled screws
    • profiled collar pressing the seal - drainage of the seals
    • polymer seal:
       a. high resistance to ozone, oxidation and acid
       b. low deformation level
       c. working temperature -29 to +66 C degrees
    • guides/rails to instal RACK rails (upper and lower)
    • panels allowing to mount two fans to ceiling of interior chamber
    •  dismantable, sealed floor board enabling:
      a. access to plinth or telecommunication during montage and later maintenance works drains
      b. tapping out 3 marked out holes fi 27mm - 2pcs, fi 45mm - used to mount cable glands, which ensure declarated leak tightness of cabinet
    • gravitational ventilation system – with overpressing on side walls, secured with filters M-5 (different available on special order)


5. Construction of cabinet allows:
    • direct access to the cabinet and large variety of organization of it;
    • closing with pressing of the whole door
    • water, dust and solid body protection IP34 - security is saved when using glands with tightness not smaller than declerated IP.
    • protection from mechanical impact - IK 09
    • mounting:
       - heating set adjusted with thermostat,
       - fans
       - panels of power supply, allowing to connect devices that need power,
    • higher secure from unauthorized access - due to lack of access to screws and mounting elements,
    • mounting to telecommunication pedestal or plinth using dedicated mounting holes,
    • full grounding of the cabinet

Warranty:
  - exterior case - 25 lat
  - seal - 5 lat
