Insulated double shell cabinet with external dimensions 2150/1497/803 with 36U 19" RACK rails made of 2mm thick PA 11 aluminium sheet. Equipped with a heating system of up to 1500W and a 80W/K heat exchanger. Equipped with 380/230V AC 50Hz electrical installation with surge, residual current and overcurrent protection. Optional LAN controller for remote reading and configuration of parameters.

Construction of STZT 2150/1497/803 enclosure – double shell, made of aluminium sheet, reinforced with 30x30x2mm closed profiles, the outer surface of the enclosure is bolted, the inner surface is fully laser-welded. Enclosure door mounted on 4 internal hinges, interlocked at 6 points with a proprietary interlocking system.

The solutions used provide Ingress Protection Rating of 66 and Impact Protection Rating of IK 09. The cabinet provides continuity of the electrical circuit for the entire structure and the possibility of earthing the cabinet by attaching a cable from the equipotential bonding strip to the earthing point.

The PA 11 aluminium used in the construction is characterised by:

  • high corrosion resistance, even in marine conditions and industrial environments,
  • good tensile strength,
  • high fatigue strength,

The maximum load with evenly loaded 'rack' rails is 600kg per rail in each chamber.

Protection of the chamber interior against temperature fluctuations and excessively low temperatures - by:

  1. filling the space between the inner and outer shells with insulating material, which protects the inside of the enclosure from temperature fluctuations. Thermal insulation of the entire chamber - 30 mm thick
  2. the use of a temperature sensor-activated heating system. The fans (2x750W) are switched on when the temperature inside the enclosure falls below 7 °C - switched off when the temperature rises to 15 °C). (temperatures to be adjusted by the user).

Ensuring proper cooling and forced air circulation inside the cabinet by:

  1. the use of a powerful "air-to-air" exchanger (80W/1K) with a vent to the inside of the cabinet. With isolation of the air circulation inside the cabinet from the external air circulation cooling the exchanger.
  2. the use of 2 fans inside the chamber - which prevents the formation of so-called "heat spots" and enables effective cooling of the interior of the cabinet and the devices inside.

The switchboard is equipped with:

- Feed-through with a rubber strip - 2 pcs. to make/cut holes for the desired number and size of cables/bundles, maintaining IP66 protection rating.

- Steel rack mounting rails - with magnelis anti-corrosion coating with 19" spacing

- End sensors - to switch on the lighting and send out an information pulse when the door is open

- optional driver enabling:

  • signalling alarm conditions indicating:
    • opening the cabinet doors
    • exceeding the set temperatures inside the chamber
    • damaged temperature sensors (probes 1 and 2)
  • remote - via LAN - parameter reading in the form of:
    • temperatures from both sensors
  • and parameter control as a setting of:
    • thresholds for heating and cooling equipment
    • the speed of the fans in the cabinet chamber

- 380/230V AC 50Hz electrical installation made in accordance with the TNC-S system; with LgY cable whose wire colour is in accordance with the PN-HD 308 S2:2007 standard.

The electrical installation is protected against:

- surge protection

- residual current

- overcurrent

in the form of:

- three-position switch SFT 440 ( Network , OFF, Aggregate)

- VAL-MS 230/3+1FM surge protector

- Residual current circuit breaker CEC440J; 4P 40A 0,1A AC type

- Overcurrent circuit breaker type MBN116E; 6000A 1P B 16A

- 24VDC contactor - 3R52015-1AB01 ( for switching heaters)

- Residual current circuit breaker with overcurrent segment ADC 916D; 1P+N 6kA B 16A/30mA AC type

- Overcurrent circuit breaker type MBN320E; 6000A 3P B 20A

- Overcurrent circuit breaker type MBN 120E; 6000A 1P B 20A

- Overcurrent switch type B10 1P

- Overcurrent circuit breakers (with clamps for user application) type:

  • MBN 120E 1p 20A - 3 pcs.
  • MBN 320E 3p 20A - 1 pc.

The guarantee is accordingly:

- 25 years for corrosion

- air-to-air exchanger - manufacturer's warranty as per attached documentation (24 months)

 

It is possible to order a dedicated base - used for digging into the ground and fixing the CABINET and additional equipment

There is a possibility to order a dedicated LAN controller
