Hermetic Cabinet 410/310/203 is to be placed on wall or pole. 

Hermetic cabinet is made of aluminum PA11 with the following features:

- high corrosion resistance also in sea and industry environment

- high tensile strength

- high fatigue resistance

- almost three times lower weight than made of the same thickness steel S235

The aluminum is powder coated in high temperature in the color RAL7035

Designed to:

- mount on pole (by using a dedicated bracket) or to the wall (surface mounting)

- be used when constructing electric, telecommunication and fiber optic installations, in order to:

• protect devices from harmful influence of external factors (water, dust, oil ect.) and unauthorized access of third parties and destruction by them,
• arrange the devices and provide appropriate working conditions for the devices

Standard equipment:

- profiled one leaf door that secures the seal, opened on left side, closed with a lock with a key

- polymer seal that :

• has high resistance to ozone, oxidation and acid
• has low deformation level
• working temperature from -29 up to +66 C degrees

- hinges secured by o-rings - construction of hinges is registered as a design patent UP125002

- aluminum mounting plate with dimensions 358 x 258 mm, thickness 1mm

- 3 openings for cable gland PG 21 (the openings are only marked out)

- 3 openings for cable gland PG 16 (the openings are only marked out)

The construction of the cabinet provides:

- water and dust tightness - protection level IP 66

- protection from mechanical impact - protection level IK 10

- drainage from the seal thanks to special profiled door leaf (this is especially important when the temperature is below 0C degrees)

- easy dismantling of the assembly plate, without using any tools

- grounding mounted in cabinet

ATTENTION - If there are mounted electrical devices in the cabinet, the cabinet must be grounded. For grounding use a tape or wire minimum fi 6mm2. In order to secure the grounding from self-loosening use a tooth lock washer between the fixture and nut.
