The headquarters of Cyberteam® Sp. z o.o. is located in the economic zone in Zamość, at 8 Strefowa Street, and is part of the Nowak Technologie Group. Our area of operation is spread across entire Europe. This page is where we will introduce you to our business, share with you how the Cyberteam® company came into being, and outline the directions in which our Group is developing. 1978		The story of our company dates back to 1978, when the first, and for a long time, only Mechanical Wompany in the region was established. At the time, our business was focused on repairing mechanical equipment and making hard-to-find mechanical components. From the very beginning, we employed a team of more than 15 skilled workers and our factory covered a spacious area of more than 300 m2.
1999		More than 20 years later, i.e. in 1999, the Mechanical Plant entered the technologies of the 21st century, already as Nowak Technologie®. Most of the mechanically controlled machines were replaced by CNC machines. The primarily service-based business to date has been enhanced by the small batch production of various metal components. Engine head guides, engine parts washers or engine head pressure leak testers are just a few examples.
2007		The dynamic development of the telecommunications industry in Poland and worldwide resulted in the establishment of Cyberteam® Sp. z o.o. Since 2007, as part of the Nowak Technologie® Group, the main business profile of Cyberteam® Sp. z o.o. has been the telecommunications industry. Designed jointly with the IT Department of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin, the line of microwave antennas was continuously supplied to the Polish and European markets for 12 years. The widespread use of wireless internet access results in increased traffic in the 2.4 and 5 GHz frequencies. In response, Cyberteam® Sp. z o.o. designs and reserves shielding patterns for popular client devices such as MikroTik and Ubiquiti, which are designed to isolate the device from unwanted electromagnetic noise. The expanding market offers increasing opportunities. A division for the design and production of electronic circuits was created at Cyberteam® Sp. z o.o. A full range of LAN surge protectors is coming to market: the popular 'netprotectors', PoE adapters and buffer power supplies. Cyberteam® Sp. z o.o. conducts all sales of the Nowak Technologie® group on the website www.cyberteam.pl.
2012		Using the potential of mechanics and electronics, a new company, Elektropuls®, joins the Nowak Technologie® Group in 2012. The designed and manufactured equipment for nerve and muscle stimulation meets the needs of the medical industry. The company follows the ISO 13485:2016-04 quality management system. The stimulator, branded Elektropuls®, is authorised for use in hospitals, physiotherapy clinics and even recommended for home use.
2016		As the telecommunications industry develops, broadband technology is becoming more and more accessible to the end user. Wireless networks are gradually being replaced by fibre-optic networks. Another development opportunity is emerging. The Group launches a full range of products for the comprehensive construction of fibre-optic networks. Active equipment and fibre optic passive components, telecom cables and cabinets. This product line is branded FiberTechnic® and distributed by Cyberteam® Sp. z o.o.
2022		The ever-increasing production of aluminium components for the FiberTechnic® brand naturally results in the expansion of production lines. Nowak Technologie® is launching a new powder paint facility, thereby expanding its offer with another service. A new hall is being built on the company's premises, which houses an 80-metre powder coating production line using a process appropriate to QualiCoat. The technological capacity of the painting line is the ability to paint 500 m2 during one shift.

Machinery Park

Our machine park is where innovative technology and precision manufacturing come together. This state-of-the-art machinery park provides unparalleled production quality and flexibility to create a variety of customer solutions. The machinery park includes cutting-edge equipment such as laser cutting, CNC bending, stamping, welding and assembly systems. This combination of advanced technologies allows the most demanding aluminium cabinet manufacturing projects to be realised. Thanks to laser cutting, it is possible to precisely and efficiently cut aluminium components of various shapes and dimensions. CNC bending, on the other hand, ensures excellent quality of bent profiles. The machine park also uses advanced welding techniques, which guarantee durable and aesthetically pleasing connections of aluminium components. The use of assembly systems speeds up the production process, allowing large orders to be completed in a short period of time. In addition to excellent machinery, the park also has a highly qualified team of specialists who have a wealth of experience in working with aluminium. It is their knowledge and skills that lead to each project being carefully developed and realised according to the customer's individual demands. The machine park is a perfect combination of modern technology and craftsmanlike precision. As a result, we are able to supply products of the highest quality, meeting high expectations in terms of aesthetics, durability and functionality.

For all products such as cabinets, enclosures and other items that require airtightness, we employ a sealing method using a polyurethane poured gasket. This is a solution in which liquid sealant is applied to the area that needs to be tightened.	We achieve the shapes and complex bends of the workpiece impossible to achieve on press brakes and bending machines using the Salvagnini P2 Lean bending centre. Curve bending, hinge bending, bending on all 4 sides, any number of bends on each side, stamping movements reducing the possibility of leaving marks on the sheet. Full automation of the entire machining process.	Laser welding uses a high energy density beam, reaching approximately 1 MW/cm². This process results in a narrow heat-affected zone and minimal temperature impact on the structure, which contributes to rapid heat dissipation and short weld cooling times. The possible width of the welds obtained varies between 0.2 and 13 mm, but in practice welds of small widths are most commonly used. The depth of penetration of the material by the laser beam depends on the power supply, but also on the location of the beam focus and the welding speed.

Laser technology is used to precisely cut a wide variety of components in metal. The unquestionable advantages of this method of metal processing are a perfect cut surface requiring no further processing, minimal material loss, narrow burning path, high cutting speed, and fully automated and repeatable production.	CNC lathing ensures high precision and repeatability of lathed parts, which is virtually impossible to achieve with manual work. Orders are executed on a CNC CK32L lathe with an inclined bed, which is characterised by high productivity compared to other machines of this type. It is perfectly suited to serial machining.	For precise bending, we use CNC press brakes from renowned manufacturers such as Safan, Darley, Vimercati and Salvagnini. The use of edge bending machines from well-established manufacturers guarantees the highest quality of plastic sheet metal processing. Machines with different press force from 40 – 100 tonnes and bending lengths up to 3100 mm.

All our products are protected by a paint coating. The powder coating process takes place in an automated cycle on two independent lines with a total length of 80 metres. Full automation of the process line and many years of experience using the latest technology guarantee the durability of the paint coating for a period of 25 years.	Sheet metal punching is carried out on Trumph machines with maximum flexibility. The selection of tools for each application is extremely straightforward; not only can we punch, but we can also emboss, punch vents, bend and thread holes.
