Our company Cyberteam is located in Zamość in the Zamość Subzone of Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK Mielec. Here is the heart of the company, where our products are firstly designed, tested and produced. At our headquater in Zamość, Strefowa Street 8 you can also find our Sales Department and Warehouse – where all orders are proceeded.

1978

The establishment of our company is dated in the year 1978, it is when the Nowak Mechanical Plant was raised. It was the first mechanical plant where mechanical devices could be fixed or spare elements could be produced.

1999

Based on experience of Mechanical Plant in the year 1991 Nowak Technology was established. Company fastly becomes an innovative company, due to developing machine park. Numerically controlled machines are bought, what develops the manufacturing of small metal details, guides for engine heads, washers for engine elements, as also leak testers to engine heads.

2007

Cyberteam has been established in 2007. It is a part of Nowak Technology group. The company works in the telecommunication field. Cyberteam has begun production of microwave antennas, which have been projected with Faculty of Informatics of West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. In the era of widespread wireless Internet access, the company has started production of anti-noise shields to Mikrotik and Ubiquiti devices. The shields are registered in the Patent Office.

The developing market gives many possibilities of widening offer. Further on the Design Department starts the production of protection devices against electrical surcharges, such as netprotectors, PoE adapters and buffer power suppliers.

2012

Using the potential of companies mechanical and electronic background, in 2012 a new company- Elektropuls joined the group. The company has been founded to meet the needs of the medical industry. A muscle and nerve stimulator used in physical therapy has been produced and sold. The device has approval for use in hospitals, clinics and at home. The company has the ISO 12485:2016-04 quality management system.

2016

Continuously growing group builds a new brand Fibertechnic in the year 2016. The brand name covers the whole range of fiber optic devices, such as aerial, ground, exterior and microcables, cables meant for aerial installation and also in primary and secondary tele-technical canalisation by pneumatic (cable blowing) and mechanical (cable pulling methods). Cables are produced in Europe accordingly to well known construction, used in Europe. Fibertechnic produces hermetic cabinets, fiber optic enclosures which have high IP and IK protection level. The telecommunication cabinet with electric distribution has been designed with Lublin University of Technology and received a high degree of innovation. Fibertechnic also has passive components such as patchcords, pigtails, splitters, PLC and FBT, centering adapter and also active devices such as media converters, SFP modules and QSFP.

The personnel has wide knowledge about offered products, as also helps in selecting them and configuration. They take part in trainings which improve service quality. Present the company on many international and multinational trade fairs. Together with the Technical Department design innovative products on special order of clients. Availability of wide range of products and most of them on stock.

Our company develops various projects according to the customer's needs, but also in compliance with all requirements and standards. Every detail is designed accordingly to the indications of the potential customer and our experience.

As we own a full technological line, which includes high-precision machines and equipment, among others: laser burners, punching machines, press brakes, bending centers, semi-automatic welding stations, and a full powder coating line, operated by high-qualified staff, we have the ability to produce complex elements in a short time.

From over 5 years Cyberteam organizes practical trainings intended for installers and beginners in fiber optic technology under the name "practical fiber optic training in rubber boots". The trainings aim is to prepare for professional installation of fiber optic technology. This is an ideal solution for companies, which has employees who are going to become independent in installations.

Trainings are conducted in our outdoor training park. Thanks to this form of training, trainees have the possibility to face the realities of working as a professional installer of fiber optic technology.
