18U 19" 600x800 STZK 550W Telecommunication Cabinet

Product information:

Thermo-insulated 18U 19" air-conditioned cabinet with STZK dimensions 1074/625/998 (depth 921cm with air-conditioner). Ingress Protection Rating 66 with 550W air-conditioner. Cabinet mounted on a 600x600 aluminium base.

Telecommunications cabinet with air-conditioning unit ensuring protection of the equipment inside against harmful effects of external environmental factors and unauthorised access and activities.

CABINET CONSTRUCTION - technical parameters

1. Self-supporting sheathing - all connections laser-welded

- frame (bottom and top) for fitting "rack" rails - 32x41x2mm

- rack rails - 30.5x32.5x25x12.52mm

2. Side walls, door planes, inner roof, outer roof sheathing - aluminium sheet - 2 mm; (PA-11)

The PA 11 aluminium of which the construction is made is characterised by:

- high corrosion resistance, including marine conditions and industrial environments,

- good tensile strength,

- high fatigue resistance,

- almost three times lighter than S235 steel of the same thickness.

3. Foundation for mounting the cabinet - aluminium PA-11 (accessory)

- aluminium sheet (bent and profiled) - 2 mm.

4. Locking system:

a. internal metal bolted hinges - 3 pcs.

b. brass handle with lock - activating three-point locking system,

5. Polyurethane poured gasket

a) high resistance to ozone, oxidation and acids

b) low permanent deformation

c) an operating temperature of -29 to +66 degrees Celsius.

Surface finish

1. walls and doors - powder-coated aluminium ( RAL7035 colour);

2. interior roof sheathing - powder-coated aluminium (as above).

The design solutions used ensure:

• protection against penetration of solid foreign bodies and liquids at the ingress protection rating of IP 66
• protection against external mechanical impacts at the IK rating of 09
• efficient cooling of heat-emitting devices - hot air accumulated in the upper part of the cabinet is sucked in by the air-conditioning unit, cooled and then blown back towards the lower part of the cabinet. This results in equal cooling of the entire interior of the cabinet, eliminating the formation of so-called "heat spots" especially in between the devices;
• heating of the inside of the cabinet to the desired temperatures;
• decompression and draining of condensate from the cabinet chamber without affecting the declared tightness of the cabinet;
• provision of a 25-year warranty on the metal structure.

DEFAULT EQUIPMENT:

1. Air conditioner type CV011002208000 550W (L35/35) (other - on demand)

- Supply voltage 230V AC 50-60Hz (380V AC on demand)

- Power consumption 450W (for 550W air-conditioner)

- Set temperature inside the enclosure +35°C

The user is not able to change set temperature on his/her own. Different temperature settings - within the range of 25 to 45 degrees C - must be requested when placing the order.

- Refrigerant - environmentally friendly R134a (Tetrafluoroethene). The circuit in which the refrigerant is contained is completely sealed.

- Internal air circuit in the enclosure separated from the external circuit.

2. Thermostat KTS-011; bimetallic; switches the air conditioner on when the temperature exceeds set value

- maximum voltage - 250 V AC

- maximum current consumption - 10 A

- temperature setting range - 0 °C - 60 °C

- operating temperature - -20 °C - 80 °C

- ingress protection rating - IP20

3. Condensation drainage system:

a. dehumidification and decompression element fitted in the enclosure floor plate - provides IP 66 protection of the chamber

4. Thermal insulation of the chamber - 20mm thick;

5. Rack rails and frames for mounting the rails

6. Internal ceiling - an internally insulated plate located under the actual/external roof - allows the creation of an "air chamber" as additional insulation and, in conjunction with the chamber's internal insulation, protects against any condensation forming on the chamber's roof

7. Removable floor plate - protects, via poured gasket, the opening leading to the base, allowing its fitting to the base or cable ducts and simplifying the insertion of cables into the cabinet chamber.

8. Elliptical "Morek" grommet, 220x90mm in size, allowing cables to pass through. When placing an order, it is possible to cut or punch holes of the desired diameters and shapes in the floor of the enclosure.

9. Doors:

a. full, single leaf by default;

b. hinged, opening 150º degrees

c. lockable by means of a key-proof handle - with an insert, activating the three-point locking system;

Ingress Protection Rating of 66, Impact Protection Rating of IK09.

 The guarantee for Fibertechnic cabinets is respectively:

 * 25 years for corrosion
