Aluminium outdoor cabinet 12U 19" 600x600 STZ IP55 The cabinet is made of aluminium, the cabinet body is fully laser-welded.

The cabinet provides high protection of the equipment inside against flooding and dust. The cabinet offers standard IP 55 protection, with mechanical impact protection to IK 09.

The enclosure's watertightness is achieved by three elements:

• Gasket - polyurethane poured on the door, when closed it tightly adheres to the flange in the enclosure body, the flange profiled at an angle of 88 degrees creates a gutter for draining water that gets between the door and the body.
• A separating and filtering cassette on the enclosure's door as protection against a water flow of 12,5 l/min in accordance with EN 60529 and a filter mat as a barrier against dust.
• A separation cassette in the roof of the enclosure providing protection against a water jet of 12.5 l/min in accordance with EN 60529.

Three support constructions are used to mount devices inside the cabinet:

• Front rails spaced 19" wide, adjustable front - back 135 mm
• Support rails on the rear panel with standard m6 threaded holes 380 mm wide between holes, 5 kg load per hole.

Cabinet doors with steel internal hinges, locked with a two-point locking system behind the cabinet chamber (proprietary locking system patent pending). Handle with cylinder lock, option to change the cylinder lock by the user.

There is space in the ceiling of the cabinet for mounting an accessory ventilation panel to ensure that excess heat is dissipated from the cabinet. The choice of ventilation panel depends on the needs of the equipment mounted inside.

The cabinet is designed to be hung on a pole using the accessory brackets, the cabinet can also be fixed to the wall using wall plugs, in order to maintain the tightness class it is necessary to use rubber washers between the plug and the wall of the cabinet.

Holes for fastening are provided on the rear wall of the enclosure, which are sealed at the factory with rubber plugs.
