Product information:

Thermo-insulated air-conditioned cabinet 18U 19" with dimensions STZK 1074/625/998 (depth 921cm with air-conditioner) Air-conditioner with power 550W and IP66 protection. Cabinet mounted on an aluminium base 600x600.

Telecommunications cabinet with air-conditioning unit to ensure that the equipment inside is protected against harmful effects of external environmental factors and unauthorised access and activities, including destructive ones, by unauthorised persons.

CABINET CONSTRUCTION - technical parameters

1. Self-supporting sheathing with all connections laser-welded
- rack (top and bottom) for mounting the rails - 32x41x2mm
- rack rails - 30.5x32.5x25x12.52mm
2. Side walls, door planes, inner roof, outer roof sheathing - made of aluminium sheet - 2 mm; (PA-11)
The PA 11 aluminium from which the cabinet is made is characterised by:
- high corrosion resistance, including in marine conditions and industrial environments,
- good tensile strength,
- high fatigue strength,
- being nearly three times lighter than S235 steel of the same thickness.
3. Base for mounting the cabinet - PA-11 aluminium (accessory)

The implemented design solutions allow:

• protection against penetration of solid foreign bodies and liquids at the level of IP 66
• protection against external mechanical impact at the level of IK 09
• efficient cooling of heat-emitting devices - hot air accumulated in the upper part of the enclosure is sucked in by the air-conditioning unit, cooled and then blown back towards the lower part of the cabinet. This results in even cooling of the entire interior of the cabinet, eliminating the occurrence of so-called "heat spots" especially between devices;
• heating of the inside of the cabinet to the desired temperature;
• decompression and draining of condensate from the cabinet chamber without affecting the declared hermeticity of the cabinet;
• 25-year warranty on the metal structure.

- Power consumption 450W (for 550W air-conditioner)
- Set temperature inside the enclosure +35°C
The user is not able to change the set temperature by himself. Other temperature settings - within the range of 25 to 45 degrees C - need to be requested when placing the order.
- Refrigerant - environmentally friendly R134a (Tetrafluoroethene). The circuit in which the refrigerant is contained is completely sealed.
- Internal air circuit in the enclosure separated from the external circuit.

3. Condensation drainage system:
a. dehumidification and decompression element fitted in the cabinet floor plate - provides IP 66 protection of the chamber
4. Thermal insulation of the chamber, 20 mm thick;

6. Internal ceiling - an internally insulated plate located under the actual/external roof - allows the creation of an "air chamber" as additional insulation and, combined with the chamber's internal insulation, protects against any condensation forming on the chamber's roof
7. Removable floor plate - protects, using a poured-in gasket, the opening leading to the pedestal, enabling it to be attached to a base or cable duct and facilitating the insertion of cables into the cabinet chamber.
8. Elliptical grommet of the "Morek" type, 220x90mm, allowing cables to pass through When placing an order, it is possible to cut or press holes in the floor of the enclosure of the desired diameters and shapes.
9. Doors:
