Product information:

Outdoor aluminium STZ cabinet with 19" rack rails, 30U high. The cabinet meets Ipi10 guidelines type S2. RAL7047 powder-coated.

The cabinet is made of aluminium, the fully laser-welded the cabinet meets the PN-EN ISO 3834-5:2022-04 standard (formerly PN-EN ISO 3834-2:2015-08).

The cabinet provides high protection for the equipment inside against water and dust. The standard protection rating is IP 55 in accordance with PN-EN 60529:2003.
Mechanical impact protection rating of IK 10 according to PN-EN 62262:2003 (formerly PN-EN 50102:201).

The sealing of the cabinet is achieved with three elements:

• Gasket - polyurethane poured on the door, after closing it tightly adheres to the flange in the body of the cabinet, the flange profiled at an angle of 88 degrees creates a gutter for draining water that gets between the door and the frame.
• A separating and filtering cassette on the cabinet's door as protection against a water flow of 12,5l/min in accordance with EN 60529 and a filter mat as a barrier against dust of permeability class M5.
• a separation cassette in the roof of the enclosure providing protection against a water jet of 12.5 l/min in accordance with EN 60529

Cabinet door mounted on internal steel hinges, locked with a four-point locking system behind the cabinet chamber (proprietary locking system patent pending).
The side and rear covers are removable, locked from the inside. Handle with cylinder lock, possibility to change the cylinder by oneself.

The cabinet is designed to be placed on an appropriate steel or aluminium base supplied by the manufacturer as a foundation accessory, or on any self-made concrete base.
No special sealing is required at the connection between the cabinet and base.
