Product information:

OPTIX ADSS-XOTKtsdD (ADSS) cable Aramid yarns: light weight multi-tubular construction, high flexibility and tug resistance, central reinforcement (FRP 2.1-6.3mm), hydrophobic gel and water blocking (WB), moisture absorbing fibers (WSY) HDPE sheath - UV resistant, temperature range -40 ... + 60 [° C] - ADSS-XOTKtsdD equivalent. Maximum installation stress: 2 700N.
 All fiber and cable tubes have color coding according to the eia / tia-598 coding standard. Each tube containing up to 12 fibers is filled with a hydrophobic gel to protect fibers from moisture and vibration. The cable center is protected against penetration by water using moisture-absorbing fibers or damp cloth. The cable tubes and fillers are twisted around the central endurance element (FRP rod 2.1-6.3mm). Two threads embedded in the mantle are used to facilitate the removal of the outer shell of the cable (ripcord). Cables are designed for overhead installation on 50m (2.7kN) overhead and in primary and secondary telecommunication systems with pneumatic (blowing) and mechanical (hose) piping.
