Thermally insulated aluminium double shell outdoor cabinet STZD 740x664x800 (WxHxD) suitable for outdoor installation with a buried base. Cabinet with 19" rack rails, height 12U. Ingress Protection rating IP55.

Outdoor double shell insulated 19" 12U rack cabinet made of aluminium ensuring corrosion resistance and a low weight of only 33 kg. This makes the cabinet a perfect alternative to steel cabinets of other manufacturers.

Designed to:

DEFAULT EQUIPMENT:

1. Outer sheath - made of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet (PA-11) joined by riveting and welding. It contains bends and ribs reinforcing the stability of the structure;

2. internal structure - made of aluminium sheet (PA-11);

3. the door opening has an aluminium flange around it, properly shaped to seal the door by pressing it against the gasket on the door plane with simultaneous drainage of water from the gasket area;

4 Insulated doors. Door insulation - 20mm thick enters the door opening providing continuity of internal chamber insulation around the perimeter. The outer shell of the door conceals the hinges, locking system and gaskets.

The PA 11 aluminium from which the cabinet is made is characterised by:

- high corrosion resistance, including marine conditions and industrial environments,

- good tensile strength,

- high fatigue strength,
