RKDW 75mm 450N double-layered tube - 50rm. reel. Diameter 76.2/61mm

RKDW double-layered corrugated tubes are intended for protecting cables in electrical installations laid in the ground. Particularly recommended for telecommunications and electrical power networks, signalling lines and culverts under traffic routes such as roads and trackways.
The specially designed construction and the use of two layers (corrugated outer layer and smooth inner layer) significantly increases the strength and allows the use of RKD tube in areas with increased mechanical risk. The smooth inner surface also facilitates the insertion of electrical cables in long lengths.
The product is available in reels or optionally in 6 m lengths protected on both sides with ZKD caps, that prevent contamination of the inside of the pipe during pipe storage and installation in the ground.
Each reel or piece produced includes an MKD coupler, which are made from HDPE material in black. The couplers provide a fast, durable and break-resistant connection of the pipes. In addition, they are fitted with gaskets to seal the joints and prevent sand or other debris from entering.

Material characteristics:

Modified polyethylene (HDPE) shows high resistance to natural chemical agents and chemical aggressiveness of the soil.
The use of the best materials allows the installation to operate for a long period of time. The material is distinguished by its low changes in electrical coefficient of change and relative permeability over a wide temperature range. It exhibits particularly good ductility and impact strength parameters.
