STZD 35U 805/624 outdoor dual-access telecommunication cabinet with thermal insulation inside the chamber. Aluminium cabinet with two IP55 doors with dedicated to be mounted on an 800x600 aluminium base.

The FiberTechnic® 35U dual access outdoor cabinet is made of aluminium, which determines its corrosion resistance and low weight of only 55kg. This makes the cabinet a perfect alternative to steel cabinets from other manufacturers.

This innovative cabinet is dedicated to teletechnical installations and solutions for the road and railway industries. The cabinet is equipped with two pairs of 35U high 19" rack rails with front/rear adjustment. In addition, there are dowels in the side wall for attaching the mounting plate and the ALU 500 cable reserve frame. Two doors with a ventilation system allow installer access from both sides of the cabinet. A vertical cable organiser may be optionally mounted in the side of the cabinet.

A dedicated space in the upper part of the cabinet allows the installation of dedicated Fibertechnic panels with fans. The floor of the cabinet has a removable MOREK multi-hole grommet with IP66 protection rating, through which cables and pipes with a diameter of 8-60 mm can be routed. The cabinet's ventilation embossing, protected from the inside with an M5 filter, ensures IP55 protection.  

Thanks to the innovative ventilation system, FiberTechnic® cabinets fulfil the IP55 protection class, i.e. the degree of filtration of the air permeating the cabinet interior and the level of water protection. The effectiveness of the cabinets is confirmed by tests in the test laboratory of the certification body.

The front and rear doors are locked with brass hermetic locks and out-of-chamber 4-point locking system, the cabinets have been additionally secured with a poured polymer seal so that the interior of the cabinet is hermetically sealed and protected against moisture.
