Product information:

Double shell thermo-insulated outdoor aluminium cabinet 1318x826x622 (HxWxD) intended to be mounted on special plinth, which is buried in the ground. Cabinet is equipped in 24U 19" RACK rails. Ingress protection rating IP56.

Double shell thermo-insulated outdoor FiberTechnic 24U cabinet is made of aluminium, thanks to what it is corrosion resistant and lightweight - weighs only 48,6kg. This cabinet is a perfect alternative to steel cabinets.

Double shell thermo-insulated outdoor 24U 19" cabinet has external dimensions 1318x826x622. It is made of powder coated aluminium.

Designed to:
- protect devices from impact of harmul external factors;
- protect against access and destructive impact of unauthorized third parties;

Allows to:
- mount heating and cooling devices, 
- make all needed splices, connections, mount adapters, connectors and other devices .

Provides protection:
- ingress protection rating - IP 56;
- impact protection rating –  IK 09.

            

1. External shell - made of 2mm thick aluminium (PA-11) sheets joined with rivets and welds. The shell has bends and ribbings to strengthen the rigidity of the structure;
2. Internal shell - made of 2mm thick aluminium (PA-11) sheets;
3. Insulation between shells, 30mm thick – insulation rate (for temperature 0 C) λ≤0,039W/M2/K;
4. Door opening has a special profile lip, which allows water to be squeezed out and provides additional sealing;
5. Double shell insulated doors. Door insulation – 24mm thick, insulation rate (for temperature 0 C) λ≤1,16W/M2/K - enters the door opening providing continuity of insulation of the inner chamer. In the outer shell of the door are hiden hinges, locking system and polymer seals.
Cabinet is made of aluminium PA 11, which has the following features:
- high corrosion resistance, including marine and industrial conditions,
- high tensile strength,
- high fatigue strength,
- three times smaller weight than cabinets made of S235 steel the same thickness
6. RACK rail mounting frame made of S235 steel, 1,5mm thickness has the following features:
a. Dimensions: width 25mm, height 30mm, length 447,75mm
b. Regulation front-back from 0 to 60mm every 20mm
7. 24U RACK rails, height 1221,4mm- made of galvanized steel S235, steel thickness 1,5mm,
8. Closing system:
a. internal metal hinges – 2 pcs
b. T601 handle with hermetic lock, with three-point locking system
9. Polymere seal:
a) high resistance to ozone, oxidation and acids
b) high deformation resistance
c) working temperature range -29 C to +66 C

11. Floor plate with MOREK MC 3/7 IP66 gland (grey), allowing to mount cables and tubes with diameter 8-60mm.
